Why It all happens for You...

How many times in your life have you asked or wondered as it pertains to negative events or trying situations, “Why is this happening to me?” These are the seemingly random or unfortunate developments that suddenly disrupt your specific expectations in life. These situations that abruptly cause life to change in an undesired way are often resisted at first through anger or even denial. This resistance will go on until the overwhelming nature of the reality is too much to ignore, allowing the process of acceptance to begin to set in. Acceptance can lead to sadness or even a sense of despondency as the current undesired truth is realized. Rationalizations then quickly form in an attempt to make sense of it all. Often they are ones such as, “I am so unlucky” or “I never get a break” or “These things always happen to me”.

Gaining a greater understanding of the reason why all things happens to you can be the one of the most empowering and liberating realizations you can come to understand in your life.

In this elegant universe nothing is random. All events, people, places and things that you encounter have a specific meaning for YOU on your journey of life. The challenge or situation you sometimes find yourself in at any given moment is always related to what you have asked to ultimately experience in your world. You may not realize this at the time it occurs but yet its purpose will some day or some moment be revealed. You may have even heard the saying before, “Be careful what you wish for”.

The process of receiving this vital and life changing awareness can only come through the experience of life itself. Therefore, trying and challenging times with your finances, family, relationships, career and personal struggles all have a purpose within them. They each reveal the gap between what you desire to experience and the truth of where you are and what you yet need to learn along your personal creation process.

The main point is that the universe is always here to serve you. It can only respond to what you say you truly want when you emit a true earnest desire. The universe’s love for you is unconditional. You may not be initially happy with the truth of the path you need to take and the learning experiences that need to be worked through, but you can rest assured that it is all perfect for you and your desired, expanding and creative journey of life.

Each moment is elegantly scripted, developed and directed by the amazing You, including this one right here right now. The more you realize this, the more your resistance to certain things in your world turns to acceptance, your contempt to compassion, your judgment to understanding and your anger to love. When this newfound faith is embraced, you become graced with more of the infinite power over time to consciously create and experience life exactly as you desire. Before this, the process of time will simply go on....

I agree. I'm on a journey to a better me this year, and what you're saying rings true EVERY day!

It does seem to me that there is considerable randomness or chaos in the world. But what is interesting is how the universe absorbs chaos and uses it to evolve ever more complicated and higher patterns.

When bad things happen its so hard to ignore them and just look for the greater understanding because they have such a impact on your life, children, wife ect.
Like pay cuts and unemployment and all the other things that today,s world is giving us

It is not offered that you should ignore the unwanted events when they happen. Rather it is just the opposite. Life is continually showing us that the only constant is change. Therefore, when change of any magnitude occurs, the sooner you can accept the truth of the situation, the sooner you will find a place of inner peace and the powerful creative actions that come from this state of mind. These are the actions that will lead you to your next joyful experience in a much shorter experience of time.

Well. I have to disagree. The universe does not love anyone, it just is a place. The lunchroom at your workplace does not love you and neither does the parking spot at the supermarket. Places do not have an amygdala or a brain with a limbic system so it cannot experience emotions.

The universe also does not serve anyone. It's troubling that people need to believe that the universe is all about them because of some personal self-dissatisfaction. In the grand scale of things human beings as a whole, and the planet on which we live is utterly insignificant. There's no inherent meaning in anyone's life, we give our own lives meaning. To say that the universe loves and has a plan you is an insult to children who die, to parents who lost those children, to people who suffer miserably because of government oppression, disease, or many other countless pointless reasons. These individuals aren't to blame for their own problems, it wasn't their negative thoughts that destroyed their lives. It wasn't the universe's plan for them. It was and is just meaningless and senseless, as anything and everything in this universe.

To believe anything different is either based on ignorance or intellectual dishonesty. Be rational, people. If you're unhappy all you need to do is surround yourself by loving caring people concerned about you instead of pretending that physical objects like rocks, trees, or 'the universe' give a damn about anything, much less you.

Hi Bjorn,

You make a contradictory statement in your comment. You say, “There is no inherent meaning to anyone’s life, we give our own lives meaning.” First of all I think many human beings feel their lives have great meaning and then experience it that way. Secondly, if we give our lives meaning then that is the meaning! Also, there was never any mention of “blame” or “plan” in the blog.

The word universe means “whole” or “complete”. In other words your “universe” is here to serve you in exactly the way in which you believe it to be. So if you see it as meaningless and pointless that’s exactly what you will experience. You will even strongly disagree with anyone who presents something that threatens that opinion in order to protect your truth.

The lunchroom at work supports you perfectly in your intent to have a place to eat lunch in your building. The parking space at the supermarket has been created by your intent to be able to drive in a car to where you can get goods and food. And as far as rocks or trees go, if it weren’t for trees you would have no air to breathe. And if it weren’t for rocks there would be no earth to live on. Everything is here to give you life and support you in your experience to more meaning and greater self-awareness, including the words in this blog that you have brought to yourself as part of your journey.

Best,
Howard
